Stainless1 is a trading division of Exled Ltd, an industrial lighting and controls manufacturer established in 2004. We manufacture custom stainless steel cabinets, enclosures and junction boxes to customer specifications.

All quotations provided by Stainless1 are:

Valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
Based on the drawings and specifications provided at the time of the quote request
Subject to change if specifications, materials or quantities are modified
Exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise

4.3 Acceptance and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed only when you accept our quotation in writing and we confirm receipt of your acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4.4 Pricing

Prices quoted are based on current material costs and production capacity. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if there are significant changes in raw material costs between the date of quotation and order acceptance, and will notify you of any such changes before proceeding.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
